We do not guarantee financial success, business growth, social media growth, income generation, or specific results from the use of our services, consultations, templates, strategies, or digital products. Results vary based on individual effort, experience, consistency, market conditions, and other external factors.

3. User Accounts & Authentication

Some features require a Nicole Global account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security risk.

4. Google OAuth Sign-In

We offer the option to sign in with Google. By choosing Google sign-in, you authorize us to receive your basic Google profile (name, email address, account identifier) for the sole purpose of creating and authenticating your portal account. We do not access Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or other Google data unless you separately and explicitly grant that access. You may revoke Google access at any time via your Google account settings.

5. Payments & Billing

All payments must be completed before services, consultations, or digital products are delivered unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are subject to change without notice. Nicole Global reserves the right to refuse service for any reason permitted by law.

6. Coupons & Promo Codes

Coupons, discount codes, and promotional offers are issued at Nicole Global's discretion and are subject to the following: one use per customer unless stated otherwise; cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly allowed; have no cash value; may be modified or revoked at any time; and are void where prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel orders or accounts that abuse promotional offers.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, services, consultations, and downloadable resources, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. Consultation fees, digital products, strategy sessions, templates, downloadable files, and educational materials are non-refundable. If a technical issue prevents delivery of a purchased product, reasonable efforts will be made to resolve the issue.

8. Digital Educational Content

Educational content, workbooks, frameworks, recordings, and downloadable materials are licensed for your personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish them in any form. Access may be time-limited as described at purchase.

9. Document Uploads & Client Messaging

The client portal allows you to upload documents, receive documents assigned to you, and exchange messages with Nicole Global. You retain ownership of content you upload, and grant Nicole Global a limited license to store, display, and process that content solely to deliver the requested services. You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, contains malware, or violates the Acceptable Use section below. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

10. Portal Communications & Email Notifications

By creating a portal account, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your account, including sign-in confirmations, appointment reminders, document and task notifications, payment receipts, and similar service messages. These messages are part of the service and cannot be unsubscribed from while your account is active. Marketing emails, where offered, are opt-in and may be unsubscribed at any time.

11. Beta & Early-Access Features

Some portal features may be offered as beta or early-access functionality. These features are provided "as is," may change or be removed at any time, and may experience interruptions or data loss. You agree to use beta features at your own risk and to provide feedback on request.

12. Acceptable Use

By using this website or the client portal, you agree not to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• Distribute viruses, malware, or other harmful software
• Misuse, scrape, or republish content without permission

13. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting digital@nicoleglobal.com. Nicole Global may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that pose a security or legal risk, or for prolonged inactivity. Upon termination, your access to the portal and any associated services will end. Certain provisions (intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law) survive termination.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nicole Global, its founders, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, data loss, business interruption, or decisions made based on information provided through this website, portal, or services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid Nicole Global in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.
